-has to be approved by the HofC and the senate to be a law

How are laws made?
(legislative branch)
-MP presents a bill in H of C and vote
-Bills go to senate and will approve or reject and make amendments
-Once the bill is fully agreed on it will go to the GG to have the stamp of approval and this cannot be changed.
Media Bias
Having an opinion towards an article or piece of media based on an unchallenged assumption.
Lobbyists
Someone hired by a group of people to try and influence governemnt members and their decisions.
Political Parties
-A group of people with certain opinions that run for Canada’s elections.
-Their role is to have candidates in different riddings to be elected in the countries election.
