Supplemental Jurisdiction (if it doesn’t meet amount in controversy)

If the federal court has diversity jurisdiction over the claim of one plaintiff, it will have supplemental jurisdiction over another plaintiff’s claim IF
(1) It is so related to the first plaintiff’s claim that it forms part of the same case or controversy
AND
(2) ** The additional plaintiff is NOT a citizen of the state of any of the defendants
