Minimum altitude over North NOE area if not participating:
6,600 MSL
Altitude over main post:
6,300 MSL - 6,500 MSL (ATC approval required for higher)
Minimum altitude over Olympic skeet range:
1,000 AGL when active (red flag)
Minimum altitude crossing the western boundary of the reservation (Highway 115):
8,000 ft MSL,
except for Entry/Exit Point (EEP) 1 and 2 which will be crossed at 9,000 ft MSL
When can you fly below western boundary altitudes:
(1) Emergencies.
(2) Actual Medical Evacuation (MEDEVAC) missions.
(3) When entering the Range/Airburst Corridor south of Turkey Creek.

8,000 MSL (unless otherwise directed by ATC)

Avoid town of Tyrone by:

Before and after a flight plan is opened, what can and can’t be changed (crew, tail number, PC)?
After being opened, PC and tail number cannot be changed, but PI can.
Before being opened, tail number and PI can be changed but PC cannot.
What qualifies as a cross country flight, and what policies apply to cross country flights?
Any flight which terminates at a location other than BAAF/FC Reservation or which flies outside the LFA is considered a cross country flight.
(1) A DD Form 175 must be filed with BAAF Operations during hours of operations.
(2) The flight plan should be filed 15 minutes prior to the estimated time of departure for VFR flights
If the date on the Wire/Obstruction Map exceeds 30 days, what must be done?
A daylight wire hazards reconnaissance must be performed prior to night flights below 500 ft AGL off the reservation or at terrain flight altitudes on the reservation.
Flights departing BAAF and terminating at PCMS or departing PCMS and terminating at BAAF are (cross country or local)

What must be done prior to Hover checks, movement, or repositioning at BAAF?
A VFR traffic log entry, which may be phoned in to BAAF Operations.
Mountainous, generally flat, and outside LFA minimums:
Mountainous terrain:
Day – 500 ft ceiling and one mile visibility.
Night - 1,000 ft ceiling and three miles visibility.
Generally flat terrain:
Day – 300 ft ceiling and 1/2 mile visibility.
Night – 500 ft ceiling and one mile visibility.
Outside LFA:
Day – 500 ft ceiling and one mile visibility.
Night - 1,000 ft ceiling and three miles visibility.
