A
  • Sleepiness (sleep disorder, OSA)
  • SOB (CHF, COPD, arrhythmias, cardiac ischemia, PE, anemia)
  • Weakness (myopathies related to endocrine dysfunction or autoimmune diseases)
  • Lack of energy (Depression, fibromyalgia, infectious process, malignancy, medication S/E)
