Swayback: Clinical signs, cause and species/age

A

Congential (dead or weak lambs, spastic paralysis), progressive (stiff, staggering gati 3-6wo), cerebral oedema (same as progressive byt develops quickly and death in 1-2days)
Caused by copper deficiency of ewes/does in mid-pregnancy
Sheep and goats - affects lambs of affected mothers but not mothers themselves
