AAA screening
One time screening via US for all men aged 65-75 who have ever smoked
Alcohol misuse screening and counseling
Screen all adults age 18 years or older + provide counseling
Baby ASA
All adults aged 50-59 yrs w/ 10% or greater 10 year cardiovascular risk for prevention of cardiovascular disease and colorectal CA
Bacteriuria screening in pregnant women
Screen for asx bacteiuria w/ UC in pregnant women at 12-16 week gestation or at the first prenantal visit if later
BP screening
Screening for high BP in adults aged 18 or older
BRCA screening
women who have family members w/ breast, ovarian, tubal, or peritoneal CA. Women w/ positive screening –> genetive counseling and BRCA testing
Breast CA screening
Screening mammo w/ or w/o clinical breast examination q1-2 years for women age 40 years and older
Cervical CA screening
All women ages 21 - 65 years w/ Pap smear q3 years OR
women ages 30-65 years w/ Pap and HPV testing q5 years
Depression screening in adolescents
Adolsecents aged 12-18 years
Depression screening in adults
All adults including pregnant and postpartum women
