- Prior hysterectomy (total) for benign disease (e.g. fibroids)
Cervical Cancer Screening Guidelines
- Ages 21-65: Every 3 years with normal cytology
- Ages 30-65: Every 5 years w/cotesting
- Ages 65-70: may stop if 3 previous paps over 10 years were normal
