Q

Main ideas about family:

A

1) The impact of an absent family. - Scrooge became miserable due to being neglected as a child but he chose to be melancholy rather than improve his circumstances.

2) The impact of a present/ respectable family. - The Cratchits show that a family provides you with strength and happiness so that you can tackle anything.

3) Family aren’t always the people closest to you biologically but rather the people you care for most. - Scrooge becomes a second father to Tiny Tim.
