  • Past: Kids had to work to help the family. Kids were taken out of school sooner.

  • Go: Move and be active with your baby
  • Inhale: When the baby is crying Inhale and exhale, calm down
  • Feed: feed your baby but also yourself. Baby eats a little but frequently. You have to focus on yourself also because you are working hard.
  • Touch: Touching your baby teaches your baby to value them self
