1. Recently traumatized tooth…
   Due to PARASTHESIA… ———-+ PT doesn’t feel the pain… For pulp testing… PT doesn’t respond… Indicating to us that the PULP is DEAD!!!! — FALSE NEGATIVE!!
2. IMMATURE tooth…
3. SEDATED Pt ( Alcohol or drugs )… As the pt has increased PAIN THRESHHOLD… So pt doesn’t feel the pain… Falsely showing us that the PULP is dead!!
4. Teeth restored with BASE… As bases r poor conductors of electricity….

Always Rm RECENTLY TRAUMATIZED —–+ RESTORED tooth ( just for remembering sake) n IMMATURE tooth together…. ( Easy this way…!! )
