A

D - Drugs (polypharmacy, antihypertensives, sedatives, opioids, psychotropics)
A - Ageing ( Presbyopia, cognitive decline, gait issues, reduced muscle mass, slow reflexes)
M - Medical causes (cardiac, neurological, OA)
E - Environmental (walking aids, footwear, glasses, home hazards e.g. pets, rugs, tables)
