Onset of action of sertraline

A

Some effects noticed within 1-2 weeks. It may take 8-12 weeks before the full effects are noticed

Administration advice for sertraline

A

Side effects may drive when the best time of day to take (if causes drowsiness/sleepiness — take in the evening, if causes excitation, take in the morning)
Take with or without food
Solution must be diluted before use
