-Faith is the central part of our daily lives.
-Faith is the most natural way we can relate to other people.
-Without faith it is impossible to live our lives.
-Faith/Paniniwala is the most common way we relate to others.
-We entrust ourselves to others.
-Faith is exercised in our everyday dealings with other people.
-Our faith in people, especially our loved ones, gives us an idea about faith in God.
Faith in God
-God reaches out to us first.
-He is the first one to love us.
-Faith is our personal and loving response to God’s self-revelation.
-As Christians, our faith is essentially Trinitarian, for we adhere and commit ourselves to the Triune God.
-Faith is a gift and a task.
-Faith is personal and communal.
Doctrine
Faith is believing in God. It is being able to know God in a deeper and more personal way.
Moral
Faith is doing God’s will.
Worship
Faith is Entrusting our lives to God. Prayer is the main key.
Mary our Model of Faith
-Mary is truly an effective inspiration to us because she constantly exercised faith in all the realities of ordinary, daily living, even in family crises.
-Mary perfectly exemplified the common definitions of faith as “full submission of intellect and will” and the “obedience of faith
Synthesis
We live out our Christian Faith by committing ourselves to God’s will as Mother Mary did. We respond to God’s call to love and friendship by obeying His Commandments and Beatitudes.
