Can fail if for example the real world is biased for example percentage of rearrest - might be biased, while percentage of crimes might be less…

A
Do outcomes differ between groups?
It’s practically impossible to predict this without a trade off - if the data is biased.
For example the people going back to
Prison are effected by the rase but we won’t the model to be equal….
So or we will have a high false negative and realest people who will get back, or high positives in one group
