  2. Anal / rectal pathology (fistula / Crohn’s)
  3. Neuro (cauda equina)
  4. Dementia
  5. Diarrhoea
  6. Constipation (esp in elderly / DM / hypothyroid)
  7. Meds (abx / muscle relaxants / PPIs / Metformin)
