•Personality
•Surroundings
•Interruptions
•Family & friends
Inborn traits, natural strengths and weaknesses make a person
susceptible to adopt and develop certain mindsets. Some mindsets come naturally while
others must be worked hard to develop.
Personality
Where and who surrounds you affects the mindset. Negativity and
positivity in the surrounding environment can affect mindset and work outflow.
Surroundings
These are a fact of life and can be very frustrating. As much as
everything has been planned, life happens and has to adjust.
Interruptions
These are a fact of life and can be very frustrating. As much as
everything has been planned, life happens and has to adjust. Part of overcoming such a
mindset factor is to change the mindset to accept interruptions and view them as
blessings.
Interruptions
They can affect the mindset positively and negatively. Establish a
good relationship with them because bad relationships can create bitterness
which can influence the mindset.
Family and Friends
These can certainly affect the mindset. These can affect the way to walk
into the next action which also affects the outcome of each step, failure, or success. To
overcome such factors take a minute of time-out, take a deep breath, meditate, or talk to
someone encouraging.
Arguments
Shine as yourself, rather than copy others and
be in their shadow. Don’t compare yourself to others, each one of us is unique, created
with gifts and imperfections. Don’t hang up on what others are doing instead focus on
your goals because each individual has their own gifts and talents to offer.

Jealousy and perceived competition
Be not a prisoner of current circumstances. Be responsible
by the decisions and actions you take, you can decide how to act and react; failure or
success, continue to move forward and to stay focused on the benefits of achieving your
goals.
