What are the three factors of authentication?
- Something you know

What is the “Something You Know” Authentication?
This is typically your PIN or password, which only you should know.
What is the “Something You Have” Authentication?
This refers to your card itself (Whether physical card, mobile phone, or another device) or something like a security token that generates temporary codes.
What is the “Something you are” Authentication?
This involves biometric identification, such as fingerprints, face recognition, or iris scans to verify your identity.
What is Two Factor Authentication?
Combination of any two factors of the three factors of authentication
What is OTP?
One-Time Password
A unique, temporary password that is sent to you, typically via text message, email, or an authentication app, and can only be used once.
What is Multiple Factor Authentication?
Is used by combining multiple forms of authentication, MFA increases security by ensuring that even if one factor is compromised, the others still protect your account.
