Q

Major sites of GL-3 accumulation

A
  1. endothelial cells
    - ischemia and occlusion causes acroparesthesias, hypohydrosis, GI pain, angiokeratoma
  2. cardiac cells
    - early diastolic dysfunction, LVH, mitral insufficiency, arrhythmias
