Is the Airbus A320 series aircraft approved by the AFM to perform a single engine autoland approach?
Yes.
But F9 limitations prohibit the imitation of a single engine auto land approach.
The flight crew may use emergency authority if it is determined to be the safest course of action

when suspected, reported or known wind shear is present
