How may a congregational meeting be called?
A
- Session can call one whenever it is in the best interest of the church
- Congregation can call ask Session to call a meeting, having at either 1/4, 1/5, or 1/7 of the members in agreement (e.g., ¼ of communing members of church 100 members or less)

• The sole title is the particular church (not the denomination)

- GA’s approval by majority present and voting, and its recommending to Presbyteries
- Advice and consent of 2/3 of Presbyteries, and
- Subsequent GA’s approval and enactment by majority of those present and voting

- GA’s approval by 3/4 present and voting, and its recommending to Presbyteries
