  • painful nodule/pustule on lid margin (staph), tx w/ compress, top abx, I&D if refractory

  • limbic (border of iris) flush, deeper pain NOT alleviated by tetracaine, consensual photophobia, “cells and flare” (WBC in ant chamber) on slit lamp
