A
If fluid gains access between the RPE and neurosensory layers then the 2 will seperate and don’t need a tear

A
Fluid accumulates in the subretinal space due to a breakdown of the brb

What is the breakdown of the brb caused by?
A
Posterior uveitis, scleritis, retrobulbar tumors, tb and syphylis

A
Both and symmetrical
