Insertion: Top of eyeball

Action: Turns eyeball up

A

Insertion: Passes through trochlea, then laterally under superior rectus, and inserts on upper lateral side of eyeball

Innervation: Trochlear N.

Insertion: Passes laterally under Inferior rectus, and inserts on upper lateral side of eyeball
