Weakness: Introverted and prefer to communicate in a one on one setting. You are working on this by hosting trainings and shadow sessions.
One area I have identified as a weakness is my introverted nature and preference for one-on-one communication. While I excel in individual interactions, I understand the importance of effective communication in team settings and group environments.
To address this weakness, I have been actively working on stepping out of my comfort zone and expanding my communication skills. I have taken the initiative to host trainings and shadow sessions, where I can practice presenting information and engaging with larger groups. By actively seeking opportunities to lead discussions and share my knowledge with a broader audience, I am gradually becoming more comfortable in group settings.
While I may still feel more at ease in one-on-one conversations, I am committed to developing my ability to effectively communicate in various settings. I recognize that being able to engage and collaborate with a diverse range of individuals is crucial for achieving success in team-based environments.
By continuously challenging myself and seeking growth opportunities, I am confident that I will overcome this weakness and become a more versatile and effective communicator.
