Co-amoxiclav
Clindamycin = 23s inhibitor of 50s subunit.
Cephalosporin = b-lactam - inhibit cell wall synthesis.
Ciprofloxacin = inhibit topoisomerase ii (DNA gyrase) preventing supercoiling.
Co-amoxiclav = inhibits beta lactamase to enhance beta lactams.

Zone 3: O2 deprived, ischaemia (in alcoholics)
hepatocyte = functional cell of liver.
