What are the steps to use External services ?

Answer 1

1. Confirm the external web service is Rest based.
2. If not already available, create OpenAPI definition for the service
3. configure named credential for the service.
4. register the external web service under External Services which will make the invocable actions available.
5. Create Flow to make use of invocable actions to call the service.
