The Administration Process?

A
  • Contractor must apply in writing
  • Station reason for the time extension
  • Stating number of days claimed for extensions
  • SCC allows architect to grant an extension when the contractor makes the claim
  • It is important to provide notice
  • You will receive written confirmation if the EOT complies with the conditions specified in the contract
