You need to know when a task is due.

You want to ask a question.
“I have a question.”

You need their help in doing something.
“Can you do it on your side?”

You want to say you will do this task.
“We will do it on our side”

You want to show them a piece of equipment a technician uses, as you point to it.
“Technicians use this.”
テクニシャンが使(つか)ってます。
A test fixture looks embarrassingly messy (wires all disorganized) and you want to show them you will clean it up.
“I will reorganize this/clean this up”
片(かた)づけます。
You want to get a copy of some code (“mini loader”)or program.
“Where can I get mini loader 1.04?”
Where is mini loader 1.04
ミニローダー 1.04はどこにありますか？
Not working, damaged, Non functional, the failure device.
“This component is not working”

Problematic item, prone to failure.
“The power supply is problematic”
