Being objective is including factual information. Subjective includes your own opinions

The “taste” or feel that a person leaves with another person the first time that they hear, see, talk with, or work with them, you are judge by this very quickly.
Customer service
Treating customers of your business in a way that will make them important, listened to, helped and satisfied so that they will continue their business with you and maintain a positive feeling about what you do.

Treating people in a way that breaks positive connections so that the relationships is broken and left in a negative way.

Keep information private and protected from being seen/heard
