The “taste” or feel that a person leaves with another person the first time that they hear, see, talk with, or work with them, you are judge by this very quickly.

Treating customers of your business in a way that will make them important, listened to, helped and satisfied so that they will continue their business with you and maintain a positive feeling about what you do.

Treating people in a way that breaks positive connections so that the relationships is broken and left in a negative way.
