3 Positive Experience of Lithuanias

- miners joined the Scots in advocating for better working conditions within the mining industry. They became active members of the Lanarkshire Miners’ Union, which helped improve relations with local workers and earned them respect for their commitment to collective rights.
2.Some Lithuanians chose to change their surnames to sound more Scottish, which made it easier for them to fit in and reduced instances of discrimination. Over time, these adaptations helped them bridge the cultural gap between their heritage and Scottish society.
