A
Systemic:
• Severe uncontrolled DM
• Severe MI
• Uncontrolled leukemia and 
lymphoma
• Bleeding disorder
• Pregnancy (1
st & 3
rd trimester –
relative)
• Current use of Bisphosphonates / 
anti-angiogenic agents.
Local:
• Previous radiation therapy to 
the area (>5000 RAD)
• Tumor
• Severe pericoroniti
