the ED will be responsible from drawing up a wall plan normally using a 3D model printing out the artworks too the scale of the the model to see how they want it to be displayed

furniture specific to the exhibition, audio visual equipment like speakers taking into account cords and power points, the height and length of the wall, spaces between works, light levels using flood lights ect., plents for sculpture work, way in which the the paintings are hung with g hooks, strengths of materials wall and ceilings as they can be limited when works are hung, merchandising areas, seating areas , and lecture areas
