Presidential Qualifications:
A
- must be at least 35 years old
- be a natural born citizen
- lived in the United States for at least 14 years

Presidential Responsibilities:
A
- responsible for the execution and enforcement of laws created by Congress
- sign legislation into law or veto bills
- appoint heads of federal agencies
- issue executive orders
- extend pardons and excuses for federal crimes
- give a State of the Union address to Congress each January

Vice-President Responsibilities:
A
- assume Presidency if the President is unable to perform their duties
- President of the Senate where they can cast a vote to break a tie

Cabinet:
A
- advisory body made up of the heads of the 15 executive departments
- appointed by the President and confirmed by the Senate
