common accusations and how to avoid:
destruction of property force theft illegal arrests sexual misconduct
- destruction of property: take photos before and after
- force: use reasonable and necessary force
- theft: place valuables in a place where occupants can see them
- illegal arrests: make sure you have PC
- sexual misconduct: have females frisk. pull clothing tight to determine presence of a weapon
