A
The exclusionary rule prohibits the introduction of evidence at a criminal trial, which was obtained illegally. This includes all evidence obtained or derived from the exploitation of that evidence, which courts deem as fruit from the poisonous tree.

A
The exclusionary rule do not apply to grand juries, internal agency rules, parole revocation proceedings, or when police officer acted in good faith.
