Creating chart in excel
Select cell that contain data, then click the insert tab on the ribbon, click the type of chart want to create,
Sum formula in excel
=sum(f5:g5) where as f5 and g5 are cell in column
Sorting and filter
Allow you to manipulate data in worksheet, you can sort the data in ascending and descending order
Highlight the cell that will be sorted
click the sort and filter button on the home tab
click the sort ascending button
Navigation pane of Access
Here you will see all saved tables, forms, queries and reports, on right of navigation pane is working or view panel you can view table data query output and generate report and form here.
Create Ribbon of access

Tables: Tables in access used to store data in columns and rows
forms: Form option provide you the ability to enter new record and navigate through existing records easily
reports: Report are organized and summarized form of your data so you can print or view it on screen, often use when you want to analyze your data or present it to others.

External data tab is used to import and export collect and share data between different database you can also export and import data from excel document.

Basic query : command base
Select field1, field 2……, fieldN From Table_name1, table_name2;
Query table using wizard: query using a GUI
Query design View: can be used to design or create a query with addition of further parameters such as wher clause, sort or order by clause and other useful features
