flexor pollicis longus, pronator quadratus, opponens pollicis (any of the median nerve muscles downstream of pronator teres)
Ulnar nerve (at its origin) (3)
flexor carpi ulnaris, flexor digitorum profundus, adductor pollicis (but could be any of the ulnar nerve muscles)
