Super tender hx of dysuria cant differ from orchitis no transilumination gradual onset
testicular torsion
Usually early to mid teens Abrupt onset Very severe pain Affected testicle is elevated in scrotum Rapid diagnosis is essential-testis will undergo necrosis within a few hours
vericocele
Painless Very gradual onset Feels like a “bag of worms” on palpation Does not transilluminate May be bilateral
testicular cancer

internal bleed more often and are painless!!
External hurt
skin tags
overgrowth of epithelium. no big deal
may be confused for CA
pink and pale, smooth surrounding tissue
Anal SCC
central ulceration w/ rolled edges around the perimeter
painless ulcers
may present w/ bleeding
