Can be defined as recreational or occupational activities that require physical skills and utilise strength, power, endurance, speed, flexibility, range of motion or agility.

What is hypertension?
is having high blood pressure where the force of blood against the artery wall is to high.
What is cardiovascular disease?
a disease in your heart eg. coronary heart disease, high blood pressure, cardiac arrest.
What is obesity?
a disorder involving excessive body fat that increases the risk of many other health problems
High cholesterol?
Cholesterol is a waxy substance found in your blood. Your body needs cholesterol to build healthy cells, but high levels of cholesterol can increase your risk of heart disease, from HC you can develop fatty deposits in your blood vessels.
