Records
Keeps specific examples or instance of a master file separate. Each one stores info about one specific entity in the master file.
Contacts
Data-sensitive info about a record is stored in this. A data specific snapshot of data within a record.
Item
A discrete field within a record.
Value
Data that is stored in an item.
Report
Collection of Print Groups.
