A

Represents accounts receivable or business entities of the facility. Exists for EPIC's billing apps.

Usually called locations. Entities that exist within a service area. Freestanding clinics and hospitals.

Contains records for hospital units and departments. A place where patients receive care from providers. Scheduled and admitted each time.

Navigators (LVN)
Designed to organize a workflow in a logical format. Uses Templates that breakdown into Topics and Sections.

Workflow Engine Rule (LOR)
A record in the LOR master file that allow the patient workspace to be altered based on context. Controls four patient workspace settings: Activity tabs, More menu, Navigators and Sidebars.

Anyone who needs to log into Hyperspace.

Determine login IDs, passwords, default login departments, security and other settings.

Provider Record
User who should be scheduled with patients or clinically document
