JIAO AI TANG
Chronic bleeding that is pale in color, blood could be anywhere, spitting up, stool, urine, nosebleeds, other signs of xu fatigue, cold extremities, sallow complexion, pale tongue with thin white coat, pulse is thin and weak and choppy
Spleen yang and blood xu with xu cold causing bleeding
HUANG TU TANG
Rectal bleeding, bright red blood, before and after BM, absence of pain
LI wind heat, damp heat toxins causing rectal bleeding
HUAI HUA TANG
Painful urinary dribbling with blood in urine, irritability, pain, burning sensation, frequent urgent urination, scanty urine, thirt, rapid forceful (wiry) pulse with red tongue and yellow coat
Heat lin syndrome, blood lin syndrome
XIAO JI YIN ZI
Coughing, spitting or vomiting of blood, nosebleeds, bright red blood, red tongue with rapid and full pulse
LV and ST fire with blood heat causing bleeding
SHU HUI SAN
Abdominal or Epigastric pain that may radiate upwards, accompanied by blood stasis and Qi stagnation

DAN SHEN YIN
Irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea, retention of lochia, post partum, abdominal pain, acute colicky pain, severe pain in middle abdomen or epigastrium
Blood stasis that obstructs the vessels that serve the lower abdomen
SHI XIAO SAN
Mild persistent uterine bleeding, irregular menstruation, early or late cycle, extended or continuous menstrual flow, distention or cold lower abdomen, infertility, warm palm and soles, tongue is purple and pulse is fine and choppy
Cold from xu of Ren and Chong vessels with blood stasis
WEN JING TANG
Acute stabbing fixed pain of chest and hypochondrium, history of trauma, purple tongue and wiry pulse
Traumatic injury with Qi and blood stagnation causing chest and hypochondrium pain, blood stagnation from tissue trauma
FU YUAN HUO XUE TANG
Windstroke, involuntary drooling, slurred speech, atrophy of the lower limbs, sequelae of windstroke, urinary frequency, incontinence, dry stools
Qi and blood stagnation in channel with Qi xu causing hemiplegia
BU YUAN HUAN WU TANG
Chronic chest pain and headache that is fixed and sharp, piercing quality, constant hiccup, choking sensation, irritability and restlessness, depression or low spirits, mood swings, tidal fever; red tongue with dark spots on the side, dark purple lips, pulse is wiry and tight.

XUE FU ZHU YU TANG
Lower abdominal pain and spasms, constipation, night fever, irritability, restlessness and thirst; tongue is purple with a yellow coat, pulse is forceful and deep

TAO HE CHENG QI TANG
continuous cramping pain of abdomen that is not severe, urinary difficulty and slight edema, pain that primarily occurs with gynecological problems or pregnancy
LV and SP disharmony characterized by both blood stasis and Qi stagnation and damp
DANG GUI SHAO YAO SAN
mild persistent uterine bleeding of dark blood during pregnancy accompanied by abdominal pain that increases with pressure, dark purple tongue with dark spots, submerged pulse or choppy pulse

immobile masses in the lower abdomen with pain and tenderness, abdominal spasm and tension, amenorrhea with abdominal distention and pain, dysmenorrhea, retention of lochia
Mild persistent uterine bleeding of purple or dark blood during pregnancy accompanied by pain
