Grief: Things to keep in mind
A
- steps are relational, not sequential;
- Grieving and growing is messy because life is messy. It is not a neat procedure
- We don’t “conquer a stage” and never return to it.
- 3-dimensional as opposed to linear. Possible to reside in more than one “stage” at a time.
