Proves the offense took place and that the juvenial committed it
Initial Hearing
proceeding, most like the trial
Adjudicatory Hearing
Delinquent receives a sentence, usually probation with conditions like a curfew, attend school regularly, weekly drug tests, etc.
Dispositional Hearing
for juveniles in need of court supervision
