put speicmen in a preserative within 30 mins and refrigerate

liquid PVA (poly vinyl alcohol)
what fixative should be used with a formed stool?
10% formalin
what type of container is best to use for the collection and transporting of a stool specimen?
clean dry container (does not have to be sterile)
