What should you do if your drink is spiked?
Go to a safe place with someone you trust
Call an ambulance/ go to the hospital
Get rid of your drink

How do you do a ‘forehand; hit?
Turn body side on
Racquet is brought to waist height
Left foot goes forward
Ball is hit in line with he left foot
How do you do a ‘backhand’ hit?
Grip the racquet
Go into ready position
Turn to the side so your shoulder and hip face the net
Weight on left leg
Bring racquet back, body weight moves forward. Follow through and hit the ball
