L Cut
Audio keeps going after the clip ends.

Edit Decision List: Shows every shot you use.
180 Degree Rule
Invisible Line you keep the camera behind. Breaking the rule makes shots confusing.
30 Degree Rule
Move your camera at least 30 degrees or it will be a jump cut.
Action Edit
shots that show continuous action between shots
Screen Position Edit
Directional Edit or Placement Edit. It directs the viewers eyes around the frame.
Form Edit
Editing between similar shapes textures and colors

Editing between similar ideas
