Evolution Flashcards
Evolution
process where a species heritable characteristics change over many generations
Development

Why does behaviour evolve?
The behaviour of an animal evolves to suit their environment and increase their fitness.
Fitness- the ability to pass on their genes to the next generation
Heredity

Tame animals
A wild animal through intervention of man, has adapted behaviorally so as to be traceable and useful to humans.
Domestication
