Biological Approach
41 Murderers (39 men and 2 women) with a mean age of 34.3 years
Biological Approach Control Group
Each murderer was matched with an individual of the same sex and age. The six schizophrenics were matched with six schizophrenics from a mental hospital.
Psychodynamic Approach
44 Children (31 boys and 13 girls) aged between 5 and 17 years. They had an IQ score in the range of 85 - 114, 100 is the mean IQ. 22/44 are Grade IV thieves

Another 44 children that are a similar age, sex and IQ. Therefore 88 children were involved
