Age of the Earth:
A
The evidence of the earth lays heavily on radioactive dating. The earth has been calculated to about 4.56 BYA from meteorite dating.

Anoxic atmophere in the Archean:
A
Banded iron formations show a lack of oxygen (present only in the ocean) coupled with the absence of red bed formations prove there was only oxygen in the ocean and not yet in the atmosphere.

A
The Miller Experiment showed that inorganic compounds (present at the time life began forming) were capable of forming organic compounds.

Rise of oxygen in Ediacarian time:
A
Ediacarian fauna (which lived before predators) were much larger than previously and needed more oxygen to function which indicated greater levels of oxygen.
