can cause bio materials to deteriorate.
paint cans/glass containers
arson evidence, soil samples, etc.
heat seal bags
works well for most evidence, common for drug items.
biohazard evidence
clearly mark .
hairs and fibers
collected with plastic tweezers, place in paper bindle then coin envelope.
fibers
never in just mail envelope, pick up on tape only if okay with your lab requirements.
shell casings
with gloved fingers, tweezers, etc. wrap in paper and seal in pill boxes or envelope.
